Returns & Refund Policy
Any claims for damaged/defective item(s) must be submitted by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org with 48hours after the product has been delivered/received, for a returns ID authorization number/return address for your item(s). Please don’t return item(s) without a returns ID authorization number/return address details for your item(s). Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
If your item(s) is not damaged/defective and are seeking a return, we will charge a 15% of the purchase price as re-stocking fee. Your claim must be made with 48hours after receiving delivery of the product(s)/item(s). We ask that you email us as above for a returns ID authorization number/return address for your item(s). Ship the item(s)/product(s) back to us at your expense. The item(s)/product(s) must be in their original packaging, unopened/used.
Once we have your item(s)/products(s) back in our facility, we will issue your refund less 15% of your original purchase price. In the method the original purchase was made.
We do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse. We encourage you to please use our size guide wisely to inform your purchasing decisions, when purchasing apparel item(s).
Be aware that Urban Quality Living will require a photo to be attached to your request when submitting your returns ID authorization number/return address for your item(s). This will help avoid delays in processing your request.
Wrong Address: To ensure a smooth delivery of your item(s) please provide us with your correct full address at the point of sale. If your provided address is deemed insufficient by our courier, your shipment will be returned to our facility. If this happens you will be responsible for the reshipment cost once we have confirmed an updated correct address with you.
Unclaimed Delivered Item(s): Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be responsible for the cost of a reshipment.
Item(s) lost in the mail: For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 48hours after the estimated delivery date. We’ll cover the cost of replacing and shipping. Before we do this we will confirm your stated shipping address. Also we would have you get in touch with your local post office to try locating the lost order.
Keep in mind that if tracking information states an order was delivered, but not in your care/haven’t received it, we won’t take responsibility and reship that order.
